Terrace Waterfalls
Terrace Waterfalls is developed within Luxury Waterfall Design as a specialized water-architecture capability. The scope connects design intent with hydraulic reality, material selection, circulation, filtration, lighting, maintenance and site conditions. Each project is assessed for location, required performance, visual language, access, constructability and long-term operation before execution. Where specialist engineering, permitting or local verification is required, those interfaces are identified and coordinated as part of the project process.
Delivery logic
Scope is defined from the brief, site, performance requirement, materials, hydraulic conditions, maintenance model and project constraints. Claims about completed work are limited to documented project evidence.
Terrace water-feature checks
- Confirm structural load capacity, waterproofing continuity and drainage before adding a water basin.
- Account for wind exposure, splash drift, edge safety and the effect of water on adjacent finishes.
- Plan overflow, make-up water, isolation valves and maintenance routes for limited-access rooftops.
- Coordinate lighting and controls with night use, neighbours and safe electrical installation.
